Logistics Coordinator for HARDI INTERNATIONAL A/S

Do you have a handle on the details, enjoy a varied everyday life, and are you motivated by getting goods and information delivered safely and on time? At HARDI International A/S we are seeking a structured and solution-oriented Logistics Coordinator for our Supply Chain department.

You will play a central role in daily logistics operations and become the link between colleagues, customers, suppliers, freight forwarders and carriers.

Your role and responsibilities You ensure an efficient, timely and cost-conscious handling of our inbound and outbound transports – from booking to delivery and documentation.

Your main tasks will be to

• Plan, book and follow up on transports
• Coordinate pickups and deliveries
• Handle transportation, customs and shipping documents
• Follow up on delays and other transport deviations
• Ensure correct data in ERP and logistics systems
• Collaborate with internal teams, customers, suppliers and transport partners
• Contribute to better workflows and transport solutions

Who are you? You preferably have 2-3 years of experience in logistics, transport, forwarding, shipping, warehouse administration or supply chain. A relevant education is an advantage, but practical experience can just as well be your entry to the job.

• Communicate well in Danish and English
• Have an eye for both customer service and costs

Experience with ERP systems, transport booking, international transport, customs/export documentation and Incoterms is an advantage.
