Brave children require brave educators

We are looking for two courageous pedagogues who can lift the work with infants – with play as the starting point. The positions are initially full-time with room for negotiation and with employment from 1 January 2027.

In Blovstrødklyngen we are undergoing an organizational change, and in that connection we are seeking competent pedagogues for our infant room in Bøgelunden. We are seeking you who master professionally engaging in the collaboration around the youngest children and who, as a consequence, naturally are focused on their well-being, development and learning. You will enter a house that has just started up a more classical organization with division into the infant room and kindergarten after 6 years with family rooms.

Practical information

Blovstrød Børnehus consists of two houses: Pilelunden from 2019 and Bøgelunden from 2021. Each house is normed for about 150 children distributed in smaller groups. The cluster has four pedagogical leaders and is part of Blovstrøds Børne- og Læringsby, where we work closely across the 0–18-year range.

Our green profile means that nature, movement, health and sustainability are an active part of everyday life.

In Allerød Municipality we work according to our Child and Youth Policy with the underlying child and learning view .

Allerød Municipality has a central team of consultative pedagogues linked to PPR, where there is naturally also the possibility to seek sparring and collaboration regarding the tasks.
