Our office in Vejle is expanding due to busy times - and we are therefore looking for more hands to our team.

It is never fun when the damage has happened – We basically all know someone who has been affected by water damage to a larger or smaller degree. As a moisture technician you become the specialist who works with insurance damages - mainly moisture- and water damages.

It is you who assess the damage, perform moisture-technical measurements, prepare electronic moisture reports on site, and lay out a plan for how the damage can be remedied most efficiently.

As a moisture technician you are thus one of everyday heroes, who help our customers quickly return to their everyday life!

Recover is a damage service company which mainly handles insurance damages – including sudden damages. You may therefore experience busy periods during the year, which can lead to periodic overtime.

As a rule you work as a moisture technician only during daytime on weekdays. You will also be part of our on-call system, which helps our insurance customers around the clock. This is agreed individually in the respective department, as the need for shifts can vary.

Your background can be many things: moisture technology, craft, damage service, the insurance industry or something entirely different.

The most important thing is that you are

• structured and solution-oriented
• good at taking responsibility for your own cases
• able to maintain an overview in busy periods with many ongoing cases
• motivated by helping other people

It is also important that you are proficient in using IT systems, as IT is a central part of everyday life.

A workday with responsibility and freedom

As a moisture technician you plan your own workday. You have case responsibility, which means responsibility for safety, customer contact, coordination of staff and equipment, high service level, and ensuring good economics in the individual case.

You are in ongoing contact with many different people – from adjusters who need reports, to claimants who want status, and not least colleagues who need to be briefed before they start the task.

A typical day can start at home with case follow-up. Then you drive out to inspect damages, perform measurements and prepare reports – often at the customer’s site or from the company car.
