About the job

Would you like to be part of our strong community in District Southeast?

Are you the nurse who thrives with a daily life where no two days are the same? Do you burn for high professionalism, independent tasks and close interdisciplinary collaboration – and do you also value good colleagues, humor and a strong sense of community? Then it might be you we are looking for!

One of our skilled nurses is going on maternity leave soon, and therefore we are looking for an engaged nurse for a maternity leave cover in our lovely team SØ22.

We are based at Kildemarkscentret and primarily provide nursing care to residents in the local area as well as in the surrounding areas near Toksværd and Holme Olstrup.

With us you will become part of a team where we support each other, help one another and prioritise both professionalism and job satisfaction. We believe that a good work environment and high quality in task execution go hand in hand. We are different, but united in creating the best framework for our citizens – and we also have room for smiles and good humor in a busy everyday life.

A daily life with professionalism, responsibility and development

As a nurse with us you will have a diverse and sometimes unpredictable daily life with acute, complex and planned nursing tasks. You will have the opportunity to apply your professional skills, take independent responsibility and at the same time be an important part of the cross-disciplinary collaboration.

We work rehabilitatively and based on the Elderly Act's intentions of holistic care, staff continuity and the citizen's self-determination. We focus on seeing the whole person and creating cohesive care pathways where the citizen's wishes, needs and resources are central.

Our professional foundation includes, among other things

  • rehabilitation and prevention
  • early detection and response to illness and dementia
  • acute and complex nursing care
  • palliative care and care at the end of life
  • interdisciplinary sparring and competence development

We work in multidisciplinary mini-teams with mixed day and evening shifts. To ensure quality and continuity in citizen pathways we have daily triage, formalized citizen conferences and weekly mini-team meetings with our regular visit assessor.

We offer you

  • a strong collegial community with dedicated colleagues and a good mood
  • a workplace where there is room to be new, ask questions and learn
  • an individually tailored introduction program based on your competencies and needs
  • great influence on the planning of your work schedule
  • weekend work corresponding to every 3rd weekend
  • a working environment where we prioritise well-being, collaboration and professional sparring
  • good opportunities for professional development, including relevant diploma modules
  • a dynamic workplace with citizen-centric development projects and opportunities to influence development

We imagine that you

  • are a trained nurse – preferably with experience, but the most important is your professionalism and willingness to learn
  • are professionally curious and want to develop both yourself and the joint task solution
  • can work independently and at the same time see the value in being part of a team
  • actively contribute to professional reflection and gladly share your knowledge with colleagues
  • work rehabilitatively and manage to involve and motivate the citizen
  • can maintain an overview and prioritise in a day with many different tasks
  • meet citizens, relatives and colleagues with respect, presence and professionalism
  • want to contribute to a safe and positive working community
  • have a driving license (category B)
  • have a flair for IT and preferably knowledge of documentation in Nexus

Shall we be your new colleagues?

We are not just looking for a nurse to solve the tasks – we are looking for a colleague who wants to become part of our community, contribute with their professional expertise and help make a difference for our citizens.

With us you do not need to be able to do everything from day one. We help each other, share our experiences and believe that we become more skilled together.
