Nurse for team NV22 in Fuglebjerg

So you may be our new nurse with professional responsibility for the citizens in NV22 as well as in cross-team collaboration in Fuglebjergklyngen.

We are looking for a nurse with start 1 January 2027 or as soon as possible, 37 hours or as desired, in mixed day and evening shifts, and with a weekend shift every 3 weeks.

You will have your fixed base in team NV22, where you become a central key person in daily operations and in the development of nursing care professional interventions. You work in close collaboration with the nurses in the cluster and are part of a strong, engaged and multidisciplinary team with SSH, SSA, nurses and unskilled staff as well as a physiotherapist and an occupational therapist.

Your main tasks

• carry out clinical assessments and systematic follow-up with citizens
• coordinate and ensure coherent pathways in collaboration across disciplines and with external partners
• document and quality-assure treatment and care
• contribute to competence development and professional sparring with social and health care staff
• contribute to development of frameworks, content and operation in nursing interventions
• support a daily life and professional practice that is anchored in the citizen's needs and quality of life
• work with triage and participate in regular multidisciplinary meetings with the team

Salary and employment terms are in accordance with the applicable collective agreement between KL and DSR.
