You have influence over which types of shifts you take, and how far you want to drive. We offer shifts at all of the region’s hospitals: Holbæk, Køge, Nykøbing Falster, Næstved, Roskilde and Slagelse.

This gives you the opportunity to try different professional environments and build a network in the region.

You are professionally strong and thrive in the changing environment

We are looking for you who are engaged and proactive in your work. If the task isn’t already set, you use your professional overview to find it yourself. You set expectations when you arrive and hand over before you go.

In other words, you are good at adapting to and integrating into the routines of the individual department.

We expect that you

• have a valid Danish authorization
• have clinical experience
• speak, write and understand Danish (if you are bilingual, it corresponds to the Danish 3 exam)

Furthermore, it is an advantage if you have

• certification in Sundhedsplatformen
• an up-to-date basic training in cardiopulmonary resuscitation
• an up-to-date certification from Brandskolen
• an up-to-date certification in hygiene
• an up-to-date certification in information security and data protection

Since these qualifications are necessary to work in the hospitals, we of course ensure that you receive the relevant courses.

Employment area

Region Zealand and Region Capital will, on 1 January 2027, become Region East Denmark as a result of the health reform. Your area of employment will be Region East Denmark with all its associated organizational units.

Starting salary for employees under the collective agreement

The region is obliged to inform you of the starting salary for the position. You will be informed of base salary, centrally set allowances and pension in the relevant collective agreement. In addition to the starting salary, the pay may include any negotiated allowances depending on the position, your experience and qualifications.
