You are professionally strong and thrive in the ever-changing

We are looking for you who are engaged and proactive in your work. If the task is not already set, you use your professional overview to find it yourself. You set expectations when you arrive and hand over before you go.

In other words, you are good at adapting and integrating into the routines of the individual ward.

We expect that you

• have a valid Danish authorization
• have clinical experience from Psychiatry
• have knowledge of and can apply the Danish psychiatry law
• speak, write and understand Danish (if you are bilingual, this corresponds to a Danish 3 exam)

In addition, it is an advantage if you have

• certification in Health Platform
• approved and updated de-escalation course focusing on psychophysical techniques
• an updated basic training in first aid and cardiac arrest
• an updated certification from the Fire School
• an updated certification in information security and data protection

Since these qualifications are necessary to work in Psychiatry, we will of course ensure you get the relevant courses.

Starting salary for union-collective employees

The region is obliged to inform you about the starting salary for the position. You will be informed of base salary, centrally fixed allowances and pension under the relevant collective agreement. In addition to the starting salary, the pay may include any negotiated allowances depending on the position, your experience and qualifications.
