Rosenvang Nursing Home is seeking a new colleague who wants to be a co-creator of the most important thing in the world – namely, making a difference in another person's life.

We are therefore looking for a trained sosu assistant with Danish authorization for our lovely care home.

The position is primarily day shifts and with 2 weekend shifts over 6 weeks.

Please note that the position falls within the 24-hour service area. At present, the service is expected to be predominantly day shifts.

Your profile

We are looking for a sosu assistant who can recognize themselves in some of the following descriptions:

• You have the desire and ability to contribute to ensuring quality and content in each resident's everyday life
• You possess positive energy and rarely think in "I usually"
• You view learning positively – you want to share your knowledge and also become wiser yourself
• You always see the person before illness and you can work closely with residents; their families; mono- and multidisciplinary colleagues, etc.
• You have a good professional and personal stance and would describe yourself as a decent person
• You have other personal and professional competencies that we look forward to hearing about and experiencing

Our documentation takes place in Cura and we work according to the Care Pathway model.

About the department

Rosenvang Nursing Home is located in Viby opposite Fredenskirken and within walking/cycling distance to, among others, Friheden, Marselisborg Palace, Mindeparken, Tangkroen, etc. We are located adjacent to Local Center Rosenvang, where there are good training facilities. The house has 42 apartments spread over 3 floors – each apartment has its own balcony. We also have a shared sensory garden and a large orangery.

Salary and employment terms

The position is intended to commence on December 1, 2026 or by agreement.

Salary and terms in accordance with the applicable collective agreement and after concrete negotiations with the negotiating professional organization.

Weekly hours: 37 hours.
