We are building new teams. We are thinking anew. We need you.

Dear new colleague

2027 will be a particularly special year at Pandrup Nursing Home.

As part of the new health structure we are bringing all Jammerbugt Municipality's municipal temporary placements together with us. At the same time we continue with our general assisted living apartments.

That means greater professional breadth, more competencies and many different citizen journeys – and therefore we will build new teams.

We are therefore seeking new colleagues trained as social and health care assistants or nurses for our municipal temporary placements, but also for our somatic departments.

And perhaps one of the placements is yours?

Here you don't just get a job

The temporary placements are for citizens who need clarification, observation, rehabilitation or a period of extra support. Some come directly from the hospital, others from home.

The pathways can be short, complex and rapidly changing.

You will thus have the opportunity to use your full professional breadth and will work with, among other things:

• Complex somatic issues
• Clinical observations and assessments
• Medical treatments and medication management
• Rehabilitation and palliative care
• Psychiatric issues
• Person-centered holistic care with focus on the individual citizen's needs and resources
• Dementia-related issues
• Coordination and interprofessional collaboration

We hold daily triage together with our center's nursing and work closely to ensure citizens receive the right intervention at the right time.

At the same time we have our 30 residents in the general somatic nursing homes, who will experience something completely different:

A home.

A place of security, continuity and presence, where we base our work on the individual person’s life, habits, wishes and needs. Where self-determination, person-centered care and dementia competence are a natural part of everyday life.

We are seeking

Social and health care assistants or nurses

• Primarily evening shifts on the temporary placements.
• Primarily night shifts across the entire Pandrup Nursing Center.
• Primarily day shifts on either the temporary placements or the general nursing homes.

We are a mid-sized nursing center in Jammerbugt Municipality.

We are large enough to have professional breadth and many different competencies – but small enough that we know each other.

With us, there is not a long distance from employee to leader, or from a good idea to action.

We believe that high professionalism and care go hand in hand. That we start from the individual person, respect each person's self-determination and work person-centered with a view to both resources, needs and quality of life.

Shifts and working hours

The positions are generally 37 hours per week, but other hours can be agreed.

We try to create shift plans that leave room for the person behind the employee, and where individual wishes are as far as possible taken into account.

Familiarity with Nexus is an advantage but not a requirement. We will teach you what you need to know.
