SAP PM Coordinator

We are seeking an SAP PM coordinator who will help ensure that Banedanmark's SAP PM solution and related maintenance apps support the business needs. You will play a central role in the collaboration between the business, the SAP section and IT, where you help translate needs into well-functioning digital solutions.

About the team

As an SAP PM coordinator you will be part of a team of 16 employees who work with coordination, development and support of SAP PM and the digital solutions used in the maintenance of the infrastructure. Pia Walmod-Larsen, who will be your upcoming team leader, says:

About the position

You will be responsible for SAP PM and the associated maintenance apps and help ensure that the solutions are used correctly and developed in line with business needs.

Your main tasks will include among others to

• coordinate and support maintenance processes in SAP PM
• administer the SAP-subsystem owner's responsibilities in daily operations
• coordinate changes, prioritize change requests and ensure testing is carried out
• coordinate the SAP and iPad super-user organizations, including roles and access management
• coordinate the SAP maintenance app and other digital solutions for maintenance
• identify and describe business needs and prepare decision and idea briefs
• work closely with the SAP section, IT and the business on developing new solutions
• plan and implement training and support for users
• contribute to ongoing optimization and digitization of workflows
• participate in meetings at Banedanmark locations around the country and ensure that the solutions are used as intended.

About you

We imagine that you

• have experience with SAP PM or other maintenance systems
• have an understanding of maintenance processes and business routines
• thrive in the role of liaison between the business, IT and users
• work in a structured way and can coordinate many tasks simultaneously
• communicate clearly – both verbally and in writing
• are keen to teach, guide and support users
• work purposefully and can solve tasks independently, while also contributing well in collaboration. It would be beneficial if you have experience with implementing digital solutions, training users or project work.

Salary and terms of employment

If you are an academic, you will be employed under the current collective agreement between the Ministry of Finance and a number of academic organizations for academics in the state.

You will be placed based on academic seniority and experience as a clerical officer at the base level or as a senior consultant according to the current collective agreement, which you can find here and the Employee and Competence Agency's salary overview, which you can find here.

Depending on your qualifications, there is the possibility of negotiating allowances. There will be an employer-financed pension scheme of 18.07% attached.

Otherwise you will be employed under the current General Collective Agreement between the Ministry of Finance and the Public Employees Organization – The Public Sector Area (OAO-S General Agreement) and the IT employees’ collective agreement (KODEX).

The position is initially placed in salary grade 4 or 5 according to the current collective agreement, which you can find here and the Employee and Competence Agency's salary overview, which you can find here.

Depending on your qualifications, there is the possibility of negotiating a supplement. The total salary will include an employer-financed pension scheme of 16%.
