Senior Technology Lead responsible for ATP Ejendomme's technological direction

Can you provide direction in a complex IT landscape? Do you thrive at translating technology, risks and business needs into clear priorities? As a Senior Technology Lead you will be responsible for creating cohesion, governance and technological direction across ATP Ejendomme's digital platforms. You will become the professional anchor in Digital Solutions and the natural sparring partner for management, business, Digital Product Leads and external partners. Here you will translate business needs, risks and technological opportunities into priorities, roadmaps and decision foundations that create value for the business.

The role spans governance, supplier management and budgets to platforms, infrastructure and architecture. Therefore we seek a curious generalist with broad technological understanding who thrives on both setting direction and contributing when operational or technical challenges require it.

Your tasks

You create direction and coherence in our IT landscape, and you will have a role where strategy, governance and technical understanding go hand in hand. Specifically you will among other things:

• set the direction for ATP Ejendomme's IT landscape through governance, policies, standards and decision-making processes
• translate business needs, risks and technological opportunities into roadmaps, priorities and decision proposals for management
• plan and follow up on IT budgets as well as create transparency in costs, investments and license consumption
• ensure governance and stable operation of Azure, Microsoft 365 and other central platforms in collaboration with internal and external partners
• drive supplier management from sourcing and contract negotiations to follow-up on deliveries, licenses and collaboration agreements
• establish principles for architecture, integrations, identity management, security and cost management and be the technical sparring partner for Digital Product Leads, developers and management.

Who are you?

You have several years of experience navigating between technology, business and leadership in a larger company with a complex IT landscape, a Microsoft-based organization or as a consultant in a consultancy. We imagine that you:

• have several years of experience with IT leadership, platforms, infrastructure, governance or enterprise architecture
• have broad experience with Microsoft technologies, including Azure and Microsoft 365
• understand the link between platforms, integrations, operations, security and business
• can qualify technological decisions and translate complex issues into clear recommendations
• have experience with supplier management, contracts, budgets and sourcing
• are motivated by both strategic governance and concrete execution close to the technology
• thrive in the role of trusted advisor and can foster good collaboration across business, management, developers and external suppliers.

You will become part of Digital Solutions, which is responsible for ATP Ejendommes central digital solutions and data platforms. Here there are 10 colleagues who work at the intersection of business needs, data and technology and ensure stable solutions, reliable reporting and common digital standards.

Our technology stack is almost 100% cloud-based, and we primarily use the Microsoft suite, e.g., Dynamics 365 Finance, Dynamics 365 CE, MS365, PowerPlatform, Power BI, Fabric and Azure, but we also have other core systems that are more industry-specific such as Dalux FM and Dalux Build.
