With us the customer journey is in focus. As part of our customer reception you are often the customer's first encounter with the company, and thus an important key person in ensuring a professional, safe and welcoming experience from start to finish.

You will become part of an engaged team where collaboration, structure, and high service are in focus.

Your primary tasks

• Receive customers at both car drop-offs and pickups
• Ensure a positive and professional customer experience at all touchpoints
• Answer phones and handle emails
• Coordinate bookings, referrals and daily appointments
• Handle administrative tasks in a busy daily routine
• Contribute to a well-functioning flow in the customer reception

We expect that you

• Have a natural service mindset and put the customer at the center
• Are approachable, smiley and professional in your demeanor
• Can maintain overview and structure, even when it is busy
• Are good at communicating, both verbally and in writing
• Thrive in teamwork and taking responsibility in everyday tasks
• Preferably have experience from customer service, reception or the automotive industry (not a requirement)

Working hours

The position is 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, within the hours 07:30 – 17:30.
