Social educator with a sharp overview sought

Are you good at building relationships and supporting people with special needs? Can you have a crystal-clear overview of a montage production? And would you like to be part of our very special and fantastic workplace? Then we have a vacant position that might be for you!

One of our sweet colleagues is on leave, and we therefore need a social pedagogue for our montage workshop from January 1 to and including June 31, 2027 with the possibility of extension. You will become part of a team with two other social pedagogues at the workshop.

At the Montage Workshop, 18 employees with special needs work, and you will help provide a meaningful and developmental employment opportunity. The montage workshop is a production workshop where we solve tasks for private companies. Tasks can include packing, folding, labeling, counting, assembling, etc.

About the position

Your primary task will be to structure the citizens' tasks and support and guide them along the way in the montage work. You must also help ensure and develop the daily production and have an overview of the production work. An important part of the job is also to quality-assure the finished product that we deliver to customers. You may be strong in writing, as we document the citizens' wellbeing, learning and development in Sensum.

We are looking for someone who

• Has a pedagogical education or experience with the special needs area
• Can learn from you and meet the citizens with recognition and good humor
• Is strong in relationships and passionate about working with people with special needs
• Works in a structured way and has a good overview.

Salary and terms of employment

The position is 37 hours and paid according to the collective agreement for social educators.
