Are you a pedagogue, SSA, or have other experience with intellectual disabilities and/or dementia, you may be the person we need!

We hire both as on-call substitute, as 6-month temporary contract with possibility of extension or permanent position.

We hire for mixed shifts, morning/evening shifts and real night work.

We, Fasanstien in Korsør, are a social-pedagogical and health-professional optimal residential facility with 24/7 staffing according to ABL §105 / SEL §85. Here live 25 fantastic people in their own apartments, all needing support and care in their daily life. The target group consists of adults aged 18-85 who live with multiple disabilities, possible mobility impairment and some with communication difficulties, who each need calm, clear and caring people to mirror themselves in.

We work according to the recovery principle – it is the people who live here who are the experts in their own lives. We use Neuropedagogy,

Sensorimotor and low arousal to create the best everyday life for all.

We take pedagogy and health seriously, but we also have room for laughter and fun.
