Team Leader for the in-house team at Kildemarkscentret, District Southeast

We are seeking a team leader for the care homes at Kildemarksvej, team SØ9, as of 1 January 2027, preferably earlier.

The team is organized as two small fixed cross-disciplinary teams that provide citizen-centered holistic care to 22 people with severe dementia.

About you

• you have a health-related professional background
• you have extensive knowledge and a genuine interest in the dementia field
• you are ambitious. Among other things with regard to continuing the ongoing work to implement the Elderly Act. Especially with regard to the citizens’ increased self-determination and influence over their own lives, but also regarding relatives’ opportunity for involvement and increased focus on collaboration with the neighbourhood and civil society
• you are willing to provide professional leadership close to citizens and staff

About the team

The team consists of employees with different professional backgrounds; some have many years of experience, others are newly educated. Common is the interest in and motivation to ensure each citizen a daily life that starts from the individual’s wishes and habits and is filled with positive experiences in a safe environment.

The effort is organized according to living/being principles, where everyday small tasks are preferably solved together with the citizens.

We focus on prevention, among other things in the daily triage meetings.

There is good cooperation with the home care doctor.

About the position

You will have direct daily management responsibility for the team, including for the citizen-facing, the professional and the organizational quality.

Your task will be to ensure the employees a working environment characterized by safety, well-being and both personal and professional development.

Shift planning and disposition are supported by our operations support.

About the district

The team is part of a cluster of six teams, so there are experienced and competent colleagues to collaborate with on a daily basis. In addition, you will become a member of a competent and engaged leadership team with a total of 17 team leaders, a resource leader, a quality leader and a district manager.

You will be employed under a leadership agreement in a 24/7 area, and you should expect that part of your working time will need to be carried out in the evenings, weekends and public holidays. At present, 9 team leaders share the tasks of evenings, weekends and holidays.

Salary and terms of employment are in accordance with the applicable collective agreement entered into between KL and the negotiating organization.
