We are looking for a development-oriented, professionally grounded new colleague

Do you have a strong interest in the rehabilitative mindset, primary prevention and would you like to work in a varied and exciting environment where the turnover of citizens is high and therefore also the healthcare challenges?

Kastaniegården is currently a Nursing and Rehabilitation facility with 33 temporary beds. Kastaniegården receives citizens for closer clarification of care needs, rehabilitation and/or upcoming housing conditions for shorter or longer periods.

As part of the health reform, this position will be transferred from Frederikshavn Municipality to Region Nordjylland on 1 January 2027.

When you apply for the position, you will therefore be part of a professional area that from 2027 will help develop and operate the new health and care places in Region Nordjylland. You will have the opportunity to be involved from the start and contribute to the development of a new health offering with a focus on a close, coherent and rehabilitative offering to the citizens.

The position is in principle 37 hours in night shifts with weekend work every other weekend in night shift. We are very open to involving you in planning your upcoming base schedule and your desired hours/part-time

Your new colleagues are social and health care assistants, social and health care assistants, nutritionist, house assistants, trainees, physiotherapists and occupational therapists as well as nurses. We believe at Kastaniegården that we ARE each other’s prerequisites for succeeding in the task.

• Is professionally well-founded and passionate about working with our residents.
• Can work independently, and at the same time is an active team player in multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Participates in complex care tasks and contact with relatives as well as giving and receiving professional sparring to colleagues in daily work.
• Qualifies and supports the healthcare documentation – familiarity with the Cura care system is an advantage here including FMK – BUT not a strict necessity, we will switch to NEPJ on 1/1-2027
• Can contribute to competence development, teaching and supervision for colleagues and be a good role model.
• Works preventively, including through early detection, multidisciplinary triage and collaboration with external partners.
• Thrives in a changing environment where tasks are varied.
• Is good at maintaining calm and overview, even in situations with many tasks and high complexity.
• Contributes to the development of the professional environment and the implementation of new knowledge and development initiatives.
• You place well-being at the forefront and promote open, honest and direct dialogue
• That you have the desire and courage to be part of the work ahead of us, to create a cohesive health system for our citizens

Salary and terms of employment in accordance with the applicable collective agreement. As soon as possible - no later than 15/12
