About the job

As part of the home care, you will be an important player in citizens' everyday lives.

The new elder law focuses on holistic pathways, self-determination and professionalism – and you can feel it in your work. You will therefore work with both:

• Nursing and medical tasks
• Personal care and practical tasks
• Relationships, presence and motivation
• Rehabilitation processes

To support citizens in maintaining their independence and quality of life

Working hours

• Evening shift: 3:15 PM – 11:15 PM (every 2nd weekend)

Vacant positions

• Evening shift SSH – Monday and Tuesday + weekend in odd weeks

Who are you?

We imagine that you

• Are trained SSH – if you are about to finish your training you are also welcome to apply
• Would preferably have experience from home care – but it is not a requirement
• Are responsible, empathetic and good at building relationships
• Can work independently and at the same time thrive in a team
• Hold a driving license
• Can communicate clearly in Danish, as citizens often cannot hear very well
• Are good at writing Danish, as all documents describe what they experience
• Thrive in a daily life where things sometimes move quickly and change
