The Lysbjergparken Nursing Home is seeking a social and health care assistant for a permanent evening shift.

The position is initially 37 hours, with 28 hours fixed in the evening shift and the remaining hours in mixed shifts.

Weekends are worked every other week in odd-numbered weeks.

Commencement on January 1, 2027 or by agreement.

About Lysbjergparken

The Lysbjergparken Nursing Home is the smallest nursing home in Faaborg-Midtfyn Municipality (24 apartments). We work, as at the municipality's other nursing homes, based on the Eden philosophy. The philosophy is based on Tom Kitwood's theory of person-centered care in our work with residents. Daily work around the residents is therefore planned and carried out as individually based care and assistance, always taking into account the individual resident's rights as well as self-determination and participation rights.

At Lysbjergparken we are also very proud to be registered as an Eden Alternative-place. We offer a 3-day training program in Eden Alternative.

We are a workplace with a focus on social capital. • You are trained as a social and health care assistant

Employment terms
