You will become part of the Financial Advisory, which is Agillix’s largest business area, where you as Manager will have responsibility for your own client portfolio and the opportunity to shape both clients and the way we solve tasks.

You come close to the decisions, relationships and development of the clients' businesses while at the same time playing a central role in your team's task solving.

As the primary advisor to the clients you will have independent client responsibility and the possibility to work with a client portfolio as well as a responsibility level that many only reach later in their career. You get freedom to make decisions, take ownership and create value through advice that reaches far beyond the accounts.

A role with both clients and coordination

The majority of your time will still be dedicated to clients and professional advisory.

In addition you will have an important role in creating structure, overview and progress as the link between clients, colleagues and management. It is you who helps create overview, coordinate efforts and ensure that tasks are completed.

That means, among other things, that you

• Have responsibility for your own client portfolio
• Advise in areas including accounting, tax, business development and other related areas
• Participate in planning and prioritization of tasks in your team
• Contribute to ensuring progress, quality and overview across client tasks
• Support colleagues through professional sparring and coordination
• Collaborate closely with management on capacity and priorities

The role gives you the opportunity to develop leadership skills and take greater responsibility for the overall client value delivery. For many it will be a natural stepping-stone to future leadership roles; for others it will be an optimal opportunity to take on more responsibility without giving up the professional work and close client contact. At the same time we are open to tailoring the role to the right profile's experience, competencies and ambitions.

We have several offices, and there is the possibility to start in this position at our offices in Aalborg, Brønderslev, Hobro and Fjerritslev.

Clients with variation and complexity

In this role your clients will primarily be in the agricultural and food industry, but common to them is that they want an advisor who understands their business and can translate numbers into decisions. Depending on your competencies, interests and the team you join, you can work with everything from smaller owner-managed businesses to larger and more complex companies within the agricultural and food industry.

At the same time we have a number of specialized technical areas, which provide opportunities for ongoing professional development and specialization.

Who are you?

You probably have several years of experience as a financial advisor, auditor or similar.

Perhaps you are today a senior, supervisor or manager in an audit firm. Maybe you already have your own clients and want a role with more freedom and influence.

We imagine that you

• Have solid experience with accounting, tax and financial advisory
• Are used to having direct client contact
• Thrive with responsibility and independence
• Are able to create structure and overview
• Are strong in collaboration with both clients and colleagues
• Want to develop your coordinating and leadership skills

A degree like HD(R), cand.merc.aud. or equivalent education is an advantage, but most important is your experience and your ability to create value for clients.
