You will become part of the Financial Advisory, which is Agillix’s largest business area, where you as a Manager will have responsibility for your own client portfolio and the opportunity to make your mark on both clients and the way we solve tasks.

You come close to the decisions, relationships and development of the clients’ businesses while playing a central role in your team’s task execution.

As the clients’ primary advisor you will have independent client responsibility and the opportunity to work with a client portfolio as well as a level of responsibility that many only achieve later in their career. You get freedom to make decisions, take ownership and create value through advisory that extends far beyond the accounts.

This means you can help the clients more broadly while also developing your own professional profile.

A role with both clients and coordination

The majority of your time will continue to be dedicated to clients and professional advisory.

In addition you will play an important role in creating structure, overview and momentum as the link between clients, colleagues and management. It is you who helps create an overview, coordinate the efforts and ensure that tasks are completed.

This means, among other things, that you

• Have responsibility for your own client portfolio
• Advise in areas such as accounting, tax, business development and other related areas
• Participate in planning and prioritizing tasks in your team
• Contribute to ensuring progress, quality and overview across client tasks
• Support colleagues through professional sparring and coordination
• Collaborate closely with management on capacity and priorities

The role gives you the opportunity to develop leadership skills and take greater responsibility for the overall client value. For many, it will be a natural stepping stone to future leadership roles, while for others it will be an optimal opportunity to gain greater responsibility without giving up the professional work and close client contact. At the same time, we are open to tailoring the role according to the right candidate’s experience, skills and ambitions.

We have several offices, and there is an opportunity to join this position at our offices in Aalborg, Brønderslev, Hobro and Fjerritslev.

Clients with variation and complexity

In this role your clients will primarily be in the agricultural and food industry, but the common factor is that they want an advisor who understands their business and can translate numbers into decisions. Depending on your skills, interests and the team you join, you may work with everything from smaller owner-managed businesses to larger and more complex companies within the agricultural and food industry.

At the same time we have a number of specialized subject areas that provide opportunities for ongoing professional development and specialization.

Who are you?

You will probably have several years of experience as a financial advisor, auditor or the like.

Perhaps you are today a senior, supervisor or manager in an accounting firm. Perhaps you already have your own clients and want a role with greater freedom and influence.

We imagine that you

• Have solid experience with accounting, tax and financial advisory
• Are used to having direct client contact
• Thrives with responsibility and independence
• Can create structure and overview
• Are strong in collaboration with both clients and colleagues
• Want to develop your coordinating and leadership skills

A Danish HD(R), cand.merc.aud. or equivalent education is an advantage, but most important is your experience and your ability to create value for clients.
