Teacher for lower secondary at Vestervang School

• with teaching competence in Danish, English, physical education and history.

We are seeking a skilled and engaged teacher for our general lower secondary at Vestervang School with employment from 1 January 2027. It is a maternity cover for 37 hours.

As a teacher in the lower secondary at Vestervang you should be passionate about subject matter and about giving our young people a strong footing as they finish primary school and stand on the threshold to adolescence and adult life. At the same time we want a teacher who is committed to seeing and meeting their students in the community and contributing actively to their well-being and development.

You will be a form tutor in an ALFA 7th grade, where you also will teach Danish, English and history. Danish, history and physical education in 9th grade. The position also includes two-adult lessons and other tasks by agreement.

Salary and terms of employment

The working hours are full-time with commencement on 1 January 2027. It is a maternity cover.

Felony record will be requested at employment.

Your salary is fixed based on the applicable collective agreement and a concrete assessment of your education, your documented professional experience as well as your professional and personal qualifications. Before employment and entering the salary agreement you have the opportunity to receive information about the starting salary in the specific position.
