Pedagogical assistants or experienced pedagogical aides sought for an adventurous everyday life in Eventyrhuset

Eventyrhuset opened the doors to a newly built kindergarten in August 2026. We are now seeking new colleagues who want to become part of our magical everyday life.

Eventyrhuset consists of 3 kindergarten groups and 3 nursery groups. In the kindergarten, the rooms are age-integrated. In the nursery, we currently have 2 receiving rooms and 1 room for the oldest children in the nursery.

With the staff in Eventyrhuset being assigned to rooms based on competencies, they can complement each other as well as possible in everyday life.

In Eventyrhuset we are very focused on working with participation opportunities for everyone . This means, among other things, that we continuously adjust our practice so that all children have the opportunity to be part of the community in their own way, with their own unique personalities and different needs. We are therefore now looking for trained pedagogical assistants or pedagogical aides with experience from early childhood education who are particularly good at spotting each child’s needs and who can support the children in bringing their resources into play within the child community.

We are also focused on creating a close and trusting relationship with the parents, where there is always room for open and honest communication , and where we are curious about the parents’ perspective and everyday life.

We are a kindergarten house with a good working environment, and we regularly have dialogues about how to create a cohesive thread between the nursery and the kindergarten and how we, through open, honest and respectful communication, can ensure good collaboration between the nursery and the kindergarten.

We also have a close collaboration with, among others, resource pedagogues/educators, psychologist, speech and hearing consultant, multilingual advisor, Family Department, physiotherapist and occupational therapist, etc.

Since we have a strong focus on early intervention , it is important for us to implement the right measures as early as possible when we experience that a child needs this.

• have solid professional knowledge or practical experience
• have a good overview and can adapt when everyday life calls for it
• have strong communication skills
• have a positive outlook on life and people and see the uniqueness in each child and their family.

The positions start on January 1, 2027.

As a new pedagogical assistant in Gladsaxe Municipality you will follow our onboarding program and be introduced to the pedagogical practice in the kindergarten. We continuously support the work with close management, coaching and internal courses. The position is 37 hours per week. If a full-time position is not right for you, we are happy to discuss another number of hours.

Please note that only applicants with a pedagogical assistant education or pedagogical aides with experience from daycare will be considered for the position.
