Qualified Chef – Chinese Cuisine (Sichuan and Cantonese) We are seeking a qualified chef for our Chinese restaurant, with main emphasis on Sichuan and Cantonese cuisine. You will be part of the kitchen team and contribute to preparing and developing dishes in line with the restaurant's menu and culinary culture. What we are looking for

• Relevant culinary education or documented professional competence
• Experience with Chinese cooking, preferably Sichuan and/or Cantonese cuisine
• Ability to work independently and in a team

Work tasks

• Prepare dishes from Sichuan and Cantonese cuisines
• Prepare ingredients and follow hygiene and food safety procedures
• Contribute to menu development and high quality of the dishes
• Collaborate with the rest of the kitchen team
