Roskilde Diocese seeks a Parsonage Consultant for Agriculture

Roskilde Diocese is seeking, for occupation from January 1, 2027 to December 31, 2030, a parsonage consultant for agriculture. The appointment is temporary for a period of 4 years and is a part-time position.

Profile

To be considered as a parsonage consultant for agriculture, it is required that you have an agricultural professional education such as agronomist or similar. Instead of appointing a person as parsonage consultant, we may choose to enter into an agreement with an agricultural advisory center to carry out the function as the diocese's parsonage consultant.

Tasks

The tasks involve advice and guidance to the parish councils, deanery boards and the diocese upon request on

• Lease agreements and rights in connection therewith,
• Other dispositions over parsonage farms, including purchases, sales or rentals of real estate and agricultural properties
• Construction, renovation and demolition of buildings
• Servitudes on a property.

This with a focus on sustainable solutions, energy optimization and the environment.

You, as a parsonage consultant, must, upon request, provide statements in cases relating to the above areas.

It is important to note that you as a parsonage consultant may not undertake design tasks for parish councils within the diocese in which you are employed, unless the diocese exceptionally approves it.

As a parsonage consultant you act as an advisor to the church authorities according to the rules in:

Remuneration

The fee as of January 1, 2026

• Consulting cases pursuant to § 8 in circular no. 9779 of October 6, 2009 on the joint instruction for the church’s consultants: 1,236 DKK per hour.
• Declarations pursuant to § 7, para. 1, in circular no. 9779 of October 6, 2009 on the joint instruction for the church’s consultants: 1,854 kr.pr per declaration.

The remuneration includes holiday allowance of 12.5%, while VAT shall not be added.

The rates are adjusted annually on January 1.
