Who are we?

We are a care home with 24 permanent homes, located in rural surroundings in Varde municipality. The care center is built so that presence, short distances, beautiful surroundings, and good working conditions are well supported. It is also easy to reach us from Esbjerg, with a driving time of about half an hour.

We are looking for you who

• Are trained as SSA/Nurse.
• Have energy, professional pride, and would like to join a small team where we all help each other when needed.
• Trives with independence and can make decisions in a changing daily routine.
• Are willing to take on a coordinating role so that you together with the other professional groups ensure follow-up on issues and planning of the day’s tasks.
• Actively contribute to development and quality in task execution.
• Are good at creating relations and collaborating with residents, relatives and colleagues.
• Are open to sharing knowledge with the house’s SSA and SSH students.

Job facts

We are seeking you who primarily want to work evening shifts, but can also help with night shifts.

You will be employed in a permanent position of 37 hours per week, of which there are 5 weekends over 12 weeks.

If another arrangement is desired, this can be agreed upon at the time of hire.

Holiday according to the applicable holiday rules in Varde municipality.

Job interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis and with a start date by agreement, when the right colleague is found.
