Who are we?

We are a nursing home with 24 fixed residences, located in rural surroundings in Varde Municipality. The care center is built so that presence, short distances, beautiful surroundings and good working conditions are well supported. It is also easy to reach us from Esbjerg, with a drive time of about half an hour.

• Is educated as an SSA/Nurse.
• Has energy, professional pride and a willingness to join a small team where we all help each other when needed.
• Thrives with independence and can make decisions in a changing daily life.
• Is ready to take on a coordinating role, so you together with the other professional groups ensure follow-up on issues and planning of the day’s tasks.
• Contributes actively to development and quality in task execution.
• Is good at creating relationships and collaborating with residents, relatives and colleagues.
• Is prepared to share knowledge with the house's SSA and SSH students.

Facts about the job

We are seeking you who primarily want to work day shifts, but can also help in evening shifts.

You will be employed in a permanent position of 37 hours per week, of which 5 weekends over 12 weeks.

If something else is desired, this can be agreed upon at employment.

Holidays are requested according to the prevailing holiday rules in Varde Municipality.

Employment interviews are held on an ongoing basis with a start date by agreement when the right colleague is found.
