About the job

Do you want to lead a professionally strong family therapy team and help develop the future of family treatment?

We are seeking a team leader for the The Flexible Family Corps, who is passionate about professional leadership, staff development and quality in the interventions for vulnerable children, youth and families.

The Flexible Family Corps is a newly established offering under the execution area in SOC, the Social and Health Administration. We offer support and treatment under the Child Act, primarily § 32, and work closely with families in their daily lives with interventions that primarily take place in the family’s own home.

You will enter a service with a strong professional platform and an experienced team. At the same time you will play a central role in the continued development of the family therapy team, where the ambition is to strengthen our flexible, holistic and acute interventions for families with complex challenges. As team leader you will be an important driving force in translating professional ambitions into practice and ensuring high quality in the interventions for the benefit of the families. A leadership role with both stability and development opportunities

You will lead an established team consisting of five experienced family therapists with high professionalism, strong collaborative relationships and a great commitment to working with the families. At the same time you will have a central role in the ongoing development of the offering.

In early 2027 the team will be expanded further, and you will therefore have the opportunity to set the direction for the professional development and contribute to building a larger team. As team leader you are expected to be close to the staff in everyday work, create direction and framework for task execution and at the same time support each employee’s professional judgment and development.

You will become part of the area’s leadership team together with the team leader for Rødovre Child House and report to the manager. There are regular management meetings, leadership supervision and ongoing sparring to support you in the task. A workplace with strong values

We believe that the best solutions are created in collaboration. Therefore we place emphasis on professional reflection, close cooperation, humor and a good working environment. We challenge each other’s perspectives, share our knowledge and stand together on the complex tasks. Your primary tasks

You will be responsible for

  • Daily staff management, including MUS, wellbeing and development conversations.
  • Professional leadership and ongoing sparring with staff.
  • Facilitation of weekly joint professional sparring.
  • Ensuring high professional quality and coherence in the interventions.
  • Case and portfolio management as well as prioritizing resources.
  • Participation in the allocation committee and task matching.
  • Development and implementation of workflows, procedures and professional initiatives.
  • Interdisciplinary collaboration with internal and external partners.
  • Planning and conducting staff meetings.
  • Active participation in the management group and leadership supervision.

We are looking for a leader who

  • Has a relevant social work education.
  • Has solid experience with family treatment, preferably in the families’ home.
  • Has experience in the psychiatry field.
  • Has strong professional competencies and can translate them into professional leadership.
  • Has management experience or is ready to take the next step in their career.
  • Can create direction, overview and followership in a complex daily life.
  • Is clear, present and appreciative in their leadership style.
  • Is strong in relationships and can build trusting collaborations.
  • Works flexibly and methodically with a basis in each family’s needs.
  • Has the courage to think creatively and find solutions when traditional interventions are not sufficient.

We offer

  • A meaningful leadership position with great professional and organizational influence.
  • Opportunity to shape the development of a new and important offering.
  • Skilled and engaged staff with high professional standards.
  • A strong leadership community with sparring, supervision and development opportunities.
  • A workplace with high well-being, engagement and humor.
  • Good opportunities for professional and managerial development.
  • A work community characterized by trust, accountability and ambitions on behalf of the families.
