Multihuset in Brøndby Municipality is looking for a colleague in social-pedagogical support under § 85 of the Social Services Act.

About Multihuset

Multihuset offers support, guidance, courses and activity and social opportunities for citizens with mental health difficulties, social challenges, substance use issues and developmental disabilities.

We work from a recovery- and rehabilitative approach. This means that we take our starting point in the citizen's own hopes, wishes and resources and collaborate to strengthen independence, coping and participation in everyday life.

We work to create coherence between our interventions so that the citizen can receive support both individually and through participation in courses and communities.

Your tasks

Your main task will be to provide social-pedagogical support under § 85. Together with the citizen you translate goals into concrete actions and follow up on what works, and where the support should be adjusted.

You will, among other things

• Support the citizen in creating structure, mastering daily tasks and developing greater independence.
• Work with the citizen's resources and functional impairments with a focus on planning the pedagogical effort
• Document the effort and the citizen's development and contribute to follow-up on goals.
• Collaborate with colleagues, authorities and other relevant partners to provide a holistic effort for the citizens
• Participate in systematic citizen reviews and professional sparring about goals, methods and barriers in the effort.

You are employed at Multihuset with § 85 as your primary task. Depending on your competencies, experiences and professional strengths there may also be tasks in our course-based efforts and in Multicafé. The expectation is that you as an employee contribute across the operation.

In the course-based efforts you can contribute to planning and carrying out processes where citizens develop skills and share experiences. In Multicafé you can help create safe frames, support citizens' initiatives and make it easier to participate in activities and communities. In Multicafé we are in a process focusing on interest-based communities.

We are looking for you who

• Have a relevant social- or health-related education, for example as a pedagogue, occupational therapist, nurse or social- and health care assistant.
• Have experience with or interest in social psychiatry and social-pedagogical support.
• Can build trusting relationships and collaborate with the citizen about goals, participation in communities and you can translate will, ability and readiness into professional practice.
• Work in a structured way and can justify, document and adjust your professional efforts.
• Can work independently and at the same time take responsibility for the shared task solving.
• Are curious about colleagues' perspectives and contribute to a respectful tone and a safe collaboration.

If you have experience with teaching, facilitating courses or activities in communities, we would like to hear about it in your application.

Practical information

The position is 37 hours per week with starting 1 January 2027 and commencement on 4 January

Working hours are planned predominantly within 8–17, we have evening shifts with varying intervals and weekends every 16 weeks from 10–15.

Salary and terms follow the current collective agreement.
