Who are we?

Botilbud Bakken is a 24/7 residential facility for adults with complex support needs. Here you meet people with different resources, personalities and life stories.

We have

• 32 permanent places under the Service Act §105 with support under §85
• 4 temporary places under §107

With us you become part of a dedicated interdisciplinary team consisting of, among others, pedagogues, occupational therapists, social- and health care assistants, social- and health care helpers, pedagogical assistants and care workers.

We place emphasis on high professional standards, good collaboration and a positive working environment.

We work neuro-pedagogically and use, among other things, Affolter and Low Arousal to create safety, understanding and the greatest possible influence on each citizen\'s life.

Your tasks

You will become an important part of the citizens\' daily life and quality of life. Your tasks will include:

• Care, support and presence
• Personal care and practical assistance
• Meals, socialising and activities
• Medication administration
• Creating structure, safety and positive experiences in daily life

Some days bring laughter and community. Other days require extra patience and professionalism. What unites all days is that they are about people.

Working hours

Botilbud Bakken is staffed 24/7 year-round.

You should therefore expect

• Work every other weekend
• Primarily day and evening shifts

You do not need to be able to do everything from day one. The most important is your motivation, curiosity and willingness to learn.

Salary and terms of employment

Salary and employment terms are according to the current collective agreement between KL and the negotiating organization. Before final appointment, a criminal records check and references are obtained.
